The Solar System e-book English
How Solar System Was Formed?
This solar system originated about 4.5 billion years ago, when clouds of gas and dust were formed. Supernova played a role in its formation… which is called a fierce explosion in a star. When the cloud formed by this slowly started to disappear, it took the form of a solar nebula and as soon as the nebula collapsed due to gravity, it got converted into a disk. A lot of pressure started increasing in the center of this disc of material. Due to this pressure, hydrogen atoms started combining to form helium. When this happened, a lot of energy was released and this energy led to the birth of the Sun, which got established in the center of the solar system.
In the outer part of that disc also, matter kept colliding with each other and they combined together and started forming dwarf planets, asteroids, moons, comets and meteoroids.
In this way, the entire solar system was formed, in which apart from the Sun, 8 planets named Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune were formed and apart from these planets, dwarf planets like Pluto, dozens of moons and millions of asteroids, comets and meteoroids also became a part of our solar system.
New studies on the origin of the solar system show that the formation of stars began with the collision between the Milky Way Galaxy and the Sagittarius Galaxy… in which a lot of gas accumulated and the clouds of gases came together… which started the process of formation of the solar system. This system made up of the Sun and 8 planets got the name ‘Solar System’ because of the Sun because the Sun is the center of this solar system and the Sun i.e. SUN is called ‘SOILS’ in Latin, hence it was named Solar and all things related to the Sun came to be called Solar.
Perhaps you also think that the Sun remains stable at its place and all the planets including the Earth revolve around it, but in reality the Sun also has to revolve. The Sun revolves around the center of the Milky Way Galaxy and it takes 250 million years for the Sun and the planets of the Solar System to complete this revolution.
The 8 planets present in the Solar System always remain in a fixed order i.e. Mercury, then Venus, then Earth. And in this way the order of all the eight planets is fixed. So is there any reason for this? Yes, the reason for this proper order of the planets is related to their structure and the origin of the Solar System.
Only planets with rocky material can have the ability to bear the heat of the Sun, so the 4 planets Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars are located near the Sun which is terrestrial planets. Their sizes are small and their surface is solid and rocky.
While the outer region of the solar system consists of ice, liquid and gas planets, including the gas giants Jupiter and Saturn and the ice giants Uranus and Neptune. All these four planets have ring systems.
The asteroid belt which is located between Mars and Jupiter planets, divides the planets into inner and outer groups.
The size of all these planets is different. In such a situation, if we know the order of these planets on the basis of size, then the biggest planet is Jupiter, then Saturn, then Uranus and Neptune planet, after which Earth is at number five and then Venus, Mars and Mercury planets come. After knowing this order of planets on the basis of size.
Now it is the turn to know about our solar system in detail…
